The human body is remarkably capable and versatile, shaped by millions of years of adapting to the world around us. We can run, jump, climb, crawl, roll and use our bodies in a huge variety of ways. Our potential to explore, play and enjoy the world is vast.
Yet the average modern human has never been so unfit. Apart from sitting and walking, little movement is needed for survival, leaving our bodies stiffer, weaker and less capable.
To make up for it, most people hit the gym before or after work and repeat a series of linear, isolated and mechanical exercises, often with little ambition beyond aesthetics. That approach can build muscle and strength, but it won’t make you athletically fit.
To be athletically fit means developing a broad range of physical qualities, including strength, flexibility, speed, agility, coordination, balance and skill, and learning to use them together to handle different physical challenges.
The focus is not the number of pull-ups you can do, but what you can actually do with your body. Getting over a three-metre wall, for example, combines running, jumping, reaching, pulling, climbing and landing in one meaningful task.
If you’re looking to develop a body that is fit beyond the mirror, one that lets you take on adventures with ease and confidence for years to come, then let’s train and play together.
01 / INCREASE YOUR CAPACITY
Open your range. Build strength. Go the distance.
This is the structured part: more linear, more deliberate. We spend time under tension to help muscles and tendons adapt, expand your range of motion and build strength. We also develop your endurance, increasing your ability to sustain effort and handle intensity. Here, we push your physical capacities further.
02 / TURN IT INTO CAPABILITY
Put your fitness into action.
This is where those capacities become action. We move outside the box, explore uneven terrain, embrace non-linear movement and move like humans again. Through skills, play and practical challenges, you learn to coordinate your body, adapt to real situations and put your abilities into action in the activities you love.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Former stuntman & firefighter. Lifelong lover of movement & adventure.
I have trained for over 25 years across a wide range of disciplines, including martial arts, gymnastics and parkour.
My approach to fitness has always been about developing a versatile, capable body that can meet the demands of the real world, whether on a firefighting mission, a movie set or simply in everyday life.
I believe too many people start thinking of themselves as old before their time. They stop moving dynamically, taking on new physical challenges and exploring what their bodies can do. Gradually, their world of movement gets smaller, sometimes until even the basics feel difficult.
But I’ve also seen how that can change. So many people light up with laughter and childlike excitement when they manage a movement they thought they weren’t capable of. Helping people rediscover what they can do, and how much fun it can be, is what I love most about coaching.
“Our goal was to prepare for a Spartan Race, including the running and all the obstacles, and Anthony has helped us every step of the way. We are now stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever.”
